Advertiser Requirements

Advertisers must:

  • Ensure all listings are accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain appropriate insurance and permits
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner

Listing Guidelines

All listings must:

  • Contain accurate descriptions and pricing
  • Include clear, high-quality images
  • Specify rental type (hourly or module-based)
  • Comply with local laws and regulations

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Post false or misleading information
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the platform's operation
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Use automated systems to access the platform

Content Moderation

We review all listings before they go live. We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject any listing
  • Remove content that violates these terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts

Fees and Payments

Rental transactions are between clients and advertisers. RentHub may charge platform fees, which will be clearly disclosed.

Limitation of Liability

RentHub provides a platform for connecting users. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality or safety of rentals
  • Disputes between clients and advertisers
  • Loss or damage to equipment
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
